contributions if you work for a corporation that matches
employee donations and employee volunteer hours at a non-profit.
To find out if your employer offers a gift-matching program,
call your Human Resource Department. If your corporation
matches donations and volunteer hours, they will give you
a form to send to us. Please complete the form that Human
Resources gave you and mail it to us with your gift. |
