Donald G. Robinson
President, COO of APS
Don Robinson is President and Chief Operating Officer at Arizona Public Service (APS). Robinson joined APS in 1978 and became an officer in 2001. Prior to this position, Robinson was Senior Vice President, Planning and Administration responsible for Resource Planning and Acquisition, Renewable Fuel, Marketing and Trading, Environmental, Information Technology, Facilities, Budgets and Forecast, Strategic Initiatives and Risk Management. Previously he held a number of other Officer Positions and earlier in his career he was a principle in the consulting firm Micon, Inc.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Fiesta Bowl, Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Herberger Theater, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Fellowship for Senior Living and Arizona Baptist Retirement Centers. As a current Board Member of Gompers Habilitation Center, Don brings to the table a wealth of knowledge that contributes to the insightful stewardship of Gompers’ mission.
